E2 Mobility Inc.

E2 Mobility Inc., founded by Theodoros Papaspyridis, aims to provide the most environmentally friendly and efficient solutions for the new era of smart mobility. Leveraging decades of experience in the global automotive industry, he has implemented numerous innovations based on the ultra-efficient design of the X Prize-winning Edison2 lightweight vehicle. In his vision for the future of mobility, the automotive industry will develop mobility devices embedded with software, serving as a gateway to a range of services. E2 Mobility Inc. specializes in smart mobility vehicles for both passenger and cargo transportation, helping operators increase profitability. Its integrated software platform and mobile applications connect Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) operators to diverse revenue opportunities by providing the E2 Mobility ecosystem and offering mobility services on a per-mile basis. E2 Mobility’s vehicles serve as a strategic asset, acting as an intermediary between users and the digital service ecosystem—including data service revenue sharing, machine-to-machine transactions, pay-per-use, and subscription-based mobility monetization. E2 Mobility has evolved into a comprehensive smart mobility solutions company.

To address the economic sustainability challenge of shared mobility, E2 Mobility has designed a vehicle that reduces energy demand by at least 50% and developed an intelligent mobility platform integrating technologies to optimize operators’ revenue generation opportunities. E2 Mobility’s first smart mobility vehicle (SMV), the E2 Flex, features a transformative design, including business-class user experience, a safe and modular driver-passenger cabin, on-demand sanitation, and predictive maintenance. These features ensure that the E2 fleet delivers value throughout the entire lifecycle of its vehicles. E2 Mobility aims to significantly enhance the economic viability of mobility services by reducing per-mile vehicle costs for operators while increasing revenue potential through a digitally connected smart mobility ecosystem. The company is collaborating with world-renowned partners to develop its SMV, including platform licensing, prototyping, and application design partners. E2 Mobility plans to deploy approximately 600,000 SMVs in the U.S. by 2032. Its key partners include the UK-based Gordon Murray Group, a renowned automotive company, and Cox Automotive, a leading U.S. automotive services provider.
